What determines the cost of ad management?

We separate two items from the start: the management fee (our service) and the ad budget (which goes directly to Google/Meta and never stays with us). What determines the management fee:

  • The size of the account and the number of campaigns
  • The number of platforms managed (Google, Meta, TikTok)
  • The depth of conversion setup and reporting
  • The need for creative/copy production

We won't kick things off with a budget we can't deliver a return on and string you along; in the intro call we give you a realistic minimum.

How is the management fee determined?

We agree on a clear monthly fee based on the size of the account and the number of campaigns. Your ad budget is separate from us; it goes directly to Google and Meta.

What is the minimum budget to start with?

It varies by industry. During the initial consultation, we give a realistic lower limit; we won't start you off with a budget we can't deliver returns on just to keep you waiting.

When will I see results?

The first data comes within a few days, but meaningful optimization usually takes 4–6 weeks. During this time, you'll see what we change and why.

Can you take over my existing account?

Yes. Your account stays yours, and we work with management access. We also assess the historical data and plan where to continue from.

How do you measure conversions?

Form, call, WhatsApp, or sale—we define the action that is valuable to you and measure it with GA4 and conversion tags. We don't optimize what we can't measure.

Who prepares the reports?

The team managing the account prepares them. It's not an automated summary; you receive a report explaining what we did that month and why.

Is there a contract term?

We don't lock you into a long-term commitment. If you see the value of the work, we continue together.
